  Pode usar o <strong>Google Maps</strong>para criar os ficheiros KML. Entre e crie os mapas. Depois de criar os limites de um território escreva o número do território no campo <strong>Nome</strong> e a localidade no campo  <strong>Descrição</strong> .Só depois pode gravar o mapa usando <strong>Exportar para KML</strong>  no menu da aplicação.
