Documentation improvement on variable placeholders, CORS and webhooks

We added missing information in our documentation:

• The API documentation now mentions that we support CORS on the API,
• The translation validation documentation now lists the currently supported variable placeholders
• The Webhooks documentation now mentions that you can use a Slack WebHook.
